699 waterborne 100% Acrylic Enamel Undercoater is a premium interior primer that is formulated to have good hiding and filling properties, outstanding enamel hold out and is a great alternative to solvent borne white lacquer undercoaters. This high solids primer is also an excellent product for both interior and exterior aluminum and galvanized metal surfaces. 699 Undercoater is easy to apply, sands easily, dries to a smooth finish and provides an excellent foundation for enamels. This product penetrates to protect the wood while providing a sound surface to apply the finish coat, which will give gloss and semi-gloss enamels a slick, uniform finish. #699 may be topcoated with either latex or oil-base coatings. This product meets Green Wise Product Performance Testing. ● ≤ 100 g/l VOC
