Description

597 Stain Killer is a premium primer designed to block water, smoke, ink, crayon, magic marker, grease and tannin stains on interior applications. This high solids product is fast drying, has outstanding hiding, sands easily and can be topcoated with either a coat of latex or solvent based paint within one hour. #160 Oil-Base Undercoater should be used on exterior surfaces to block tannin stains and prevent rust on steel. Some difficult tannin stains may require two coats of this product or the use of shellac to block the stain.
