#380 Perfik-Seal is a specialized, premium grade, ultra low VOC* vinyl-acrylic latex coating that is designed for use as a primer/sealer on a variety of interior surfaces. This fast drying product features high solids, exceptional sealing properties and excellent enamel holdout. Use of this product will not only provide an excellent surface for the topcoat to adhere to, but will also insure maximum coverage of the next coat of paint. This product may be topcoated with either latex or oil-based products. This product meets Green Wise Product Performance Testing for the Interior primer category. ● ≤ 50 g/l VOC
