ATX™ Solventborne Refinish System consists of undercoats, basecoats, and spot and overall clearcoats suitable for use in both regulated and National Rule areas. ATX™ National Rule Basecoat – 141
ATX™ National Rule Basecoat is an easy to apply solventborne basecoat that meets national rule VOC regulations. ATX™ National Rule Basecoat is:
1) An excellent hiding basecoat system equipped with high opacity toners capable of producing thousands of colors;
2) Capable of matching to a vehicle’s original color; and
3) Designed for spot or overall refinishing.
ATX™ National Rule Basecoat uses basecoat mixing binder 1190141 to increase metallic control and performance. ATX™ National Rule is compatible with our PROSPECTOR® Color Reference System offering a blendable color match in a complete, yet compact system that will give you consistent performance. It uses the “141” intermix prefix.
ATX™ 3.5 VOC Basecoat – 135
ATX™ 3.5 VOC Basecoat is is an easy to apply solventborne basecoat that meets 3.5 VOC regulations. ATX™ 3.5 VOC Basecoat is:

ATX™ Spot Clearcoat 1090510 is a high solids urethane clearcoat designed for use with the ATX™ Solventborne Refinish System. ATX™ Spot Clearcoat 1090510 delivers excellent appearance, outstanding gloss, and Distinction of Image (D.O.I.), and is intended for repair sizes of 1-3 panels.
ATX™ Overall Clearcoat – 1090511
ATX™ Overall Clearcoat 1090511 is a high solids urethane clearcoat designed for use with the ATX™ Solventborne Refinish System. ATX™ Overall Clearcoat 1090511 delivers excellent appearance, outstanding gloss, and Distinction of Image (D.O.I.). ATX™ Overall Clearcoat 1090511 is designed for use on multi-panel repairs or overall refinishing.
